Adventure Log #1
Jun. 9th, 2009 11:03 pmSo today I got lost on the way to work.
On the way back to the train station (or so I thought was the way back), I stopped a father, grandmother and daughter in front of a Home Depot and asked them how to get to Hillsdale Boulevard.
Apparently I had walked two miles in the opposite direction =_=;;;;
They offered me a ride wondering how in the world I got all the way out where I was (I was really, REALLY lost D:).
The father is a property investor, and the daughter is a park ranger. I dunno about you, but I find that kinda cool :D. I had caught them loading up some stuff for the latest remodeling project they taken on for the summer. The daughter told me stories about the park she works at, the various people who visit, and some problems with signing in visitors from outside the country.
It was sort of an adventure :3 I really hope I get to meet them again. Who knows? Maybe I'll see them again at a park ^^
... But if possible, I really hope I don't get lost anymore >>;
